Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges:
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions:

  1. Items must be unused or only lightly used and restorable to new condition. In such cases, a 10% restocking fee applies, and 90% of the product cost will be refunded within 1-2 business days after inspection.

  2. For items that are severely damaged or missing major components, a higher restocking fee may apply or the return may be denied. Please contact us in advance at support@cosgood.com.

  3. Customized products (e.g., with personalized embroidery or logos) cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

  4. Orders refused at delivery and returned to the original sender are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@cosgood.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will review your request within 1 business day and provide the return address.

  3. Once the item is received, our warehouse will inspect it within 1-3 business days. No refund will be issued if the return is not received due to customer or logistics reasons.

  4. The Finance Department will process your refund within 1 business day.
    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an incorrect item—in which case we cover the shipping fees.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 1-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact support@cosgood.com immediately to confirm if the order has not been produced or shipped. If not, we will cancel the order and refund the full payment within 1 working day. Orders already in production or delivery cannot be cancelled; in such cases, you may apply for a refund after receiving the item.

Special Cases:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.

  • For eligible promotional or discounted items, refunds will be based on the actual amount paid.
